Off-peak the drive is about 1 hour 45 minutes. The Sagamore Bridge is the predictable bottleneck: on summer Friday and Saturday afternoons, canal traffic can push the trip to 2 hours 45 minutes or more. We build that buffer into the pickup time so you reach Chatham without a rushed final stretch.
