For children 13 and under, a parent must ride inside the limo with them. For older children, a parent may follow behind in their own vehicle instead. We’re unable to provide service to minors without a parent present.
Our stretch limousines don’t have a front passenger seat, so you’ll need to either ride in the back with them or follow behind in your own car.
You’re welcome to bring your own car or booster seat, or ask us to provide one for an additional fee. Either way, the seat must be installed by the parent or guardian — for safety and liability reasons, our chauffeurs do not install child seats. Please tell us the number and ages of children when booking so we can recommend the right vehicle.
Absolutely. In our sedans and SUVs, just let the driver know you’d prefer to sit up front. (Please note that stretch limousines don’t have front passenger seating.)
Our stretch limousines include a complimentary wet bar with ice, glasses, and napkins, and passengers 21 and over are welcome to bring their own beverages. Alcohol is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21. For proms, sweet sixteens, school events, and any booking involving minors, the vehicle is completely alcohol-free, no exceptions.
Service animals are always welcome. We’re also happy to accommodate pets on a case-by-case basis with advance notice — we just ask that they be leashed or crated and that you mention them when booking. A cleaning fee may apply.
Not before pickup, but once you’re in the car we’re happy to stop at a store of your choice. A small additional stop fee applies.
Our hourly service is designed to transport guests to their destinations, wait, and return them home safely. The limo itself isn’t intended to be used as a party venue.
At Logan Airport, drivers must wait at each terminal’s designated limo pickup area and cannot leave the vehicle to come inside baggage claim. Once your mother reaches the limo area, her chauffeur will gladly help with her luggage and get her comfortably settled in the car. If she needs assistance getting from baggage claim to the pickup area, we recommend arranging an airport skycap or greeter service — just ask our office and we’ll be glad to point you in the right direction.
The driver will drop her off in front of her residence and set her luggage down, but is unable to enter the building.
Yes, we provide transportation to and from medical appointments throughout the Greater Boston area. Please note that our chauffeurs are unable to physically assist passengers in and out of the vehicle, so guests who need hands-on help are welcome to travel with a companion or aide.
