Do you have a flat rate from my town in New Hampshire?
+
Yes, from every town in New Hampshire, priced to your exact street address rather than a zone or a town center. Seabrook, Hampton, Rye, Portsmouth, New Castle, Exeter, Stratham, Dover, Durham, Epping, Kingston, Atkinson, Salem, Nashua, Manchester, Concord, and everywhere in between. If your town is not in our online booking menu, call 781-641-0202 and we will quote it. The rate covers Logan, downtown Boston, or any other destination, quoted and fixed before you book.
Where exactly do you drop off at Logan?
+
At the departures curb, at your terminal, at your airline's door. Rideshare cannot do that. Uber and Lyft drop off inside the Central Parking Garage, which means you get out of the car in a parking structure, pull your own bags off the curb, and walk to your terminal from there. With luggage, kids, or anyone who does not walk easily, that is a rough start to a trip. We pull up at departures, right in front of your airline's check-in doors, and your chauffeur unloads the bags for you.
Does the rate change depending on where the car is coming from?
+
No. Our rates are flat, so it makes no difference whether the vehicle starts from our garage, from a previous drop-off in Portsmouth, or from anywhere else. You pay the quoted price for your trip.
Do you only do airport trips, or will you drive me anywhere?
+
Anywhere, door to door, in either direction. Portsmouth to a Back Bay hotel, Boston to a Hampton beach house, Nashua to South Station, a Manchester office to a client meeting in the Seaport. It does not have to touch an airport, and it does not matter which end you start from. The same flat-rate structure applies.
How long does it take to get from the Seacoast to Logan?
+
About an hour from Portsmouth or Hampton with no traffic, and an hour and forty minutes or more southbound on a weekday morning or a summer Sunday. Nashua and Salem run about an hour; Manchester about 75 minutes; Concord about 90. We build the traffic buffer into your pickup time, and you are never billed for sitting in it. Our reservationists will recommend a pickup time for your flight, but the final call is yours.
How does this compare to taking the C&J bus?
+
The bus is a good deal if you are traveling alone and your schedule fits theirs. Where it stops working: you still have to get to the Portsmouth, Dover, or Seabrook terminal and park there, you are locked to a fixed departure, and the coach boards at Terminal A and then works through B1, B2, C, and E before it exits the airport, so a Terminal E flight means riding the loop. For two or more travelers, an early flight outside the schedule, or a pickup anywhere that is not those three towns, a flat-rate car usually costs about the same per person and takes you straight there.
Is it cheaper than driving myself and parking at Logan?
+
Often, once you run the whole number. Massport's daily maximum is $46 at Central and Terminal B and $37 at Economy, with no discounted weekly cap. Seven days accrues at the daily rate, which is $322 at Central and $259 at Economy. Add fuel, the Hampton tolls both ways, and roughly four hours of your own driving round trip. For anything past a long weekend, a round-trip car service frequently comes in under the parking bill alone, and your car stays in your driveway.

Will you do a 3 AM pickup?
+
Yes. We run 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and early-morning departures out of New Hampshire are a large share of what we do. There is no overnight surcharge and no holiday surcharge. This is also where rideshare gets unreliable north of the border: at 3 AM in Barrington or Wolfeboro there may be no driver within thirty miles, and no way to know until you are standing outside with your bags. A reserved car is confirmed in advance with a named chauffeur.
Do you run in snow?
+
Yes. We are a New England company and we plan for it with winter tires, all-wheel-drive SUVs available on request, and dispatch monitoring conditions on your route. In a significant storm we will call you the night before to move the pickup earlier. What we will not do is leave you to find a ride at 4 AM in six inches of snow.
Do you serve northern and western New Hampshire?
+
Yes. We serve the Lakes Region, the White Mountains, and the Upper Valley, including Wolfeboro, Meredith, Lincoln, North Conway, Bretton Woods, Keene, Lebanon, and Hanover for Dartmouth. These are long runs, two to three and a half hours each way depending on the town, and they are still quoted as a single flat rate to your exact address. Ski and golf equipment travels at no extra charge with advance notice on vehicle size.
Can you take me to a medical appointment in Boston?
+
Yes. We handle a steady volume of trips from New Hampshire to Mass General, Brigham and Women's, Dana-Farber, and Boston Children's. You have two options. If the appointment is short, the chauffeur waits at the hospital and brings you home, which matters after a procedure where you are not permitted to drive. If you are facing a long wait, we will book it as a round trip instead: the car drops you off, releases, and a chauffeur returns at the time you specify, or whenever you call to say you are ready. That is usually the better value for infusion days, surgery, or anything with an open-ended finish time. Standing appointments can be set up as a recurring booking so you are not rebooking each time.
